Compares group of GL
accounts considered for returned checks against a group of income
accounts to determine a bad debt percentage for a month then displays
each month on a YTD chart. One chart being displayed for each reporting
entity. This report is based on a specific COA and COA structure and
would require considerable modification.

This custom cash requirements report
finds all open AP invoices through an entered as of date. It then
prints; Vendor ID, Name, Inv #, Inv Date, Due Date, Open Inv Amt, Disc
Date, Disc amount and Net cash required. It prints in due date order w/
a daily total due, daily discount available and a running total of cash
required. Discount amounts are not included in the running total.

Statement
This report is written for a not for
profit organization w/ a departmentalized GL. The first 4 digest of the
GL acctID is the account # and account names are pulled from an Acct w/
the same first 4 digits and on '-' included in the ID. A date range and
beginning fund balance is entered. A running total fund balance is then
printed for Revenues and expenditures w/ activity for main accounts
under these headings shown. Unpaid expenditures (open AP) is then
listed. yielding a net change amount for the period and a final total
fund balance. Can be modified for differing account structures.

also be entered on each SO line. Any Description line that has been
entered in all upper case will be highlighted in bold text and is
assumed to be a comment/message rather than a item line.
